Leslie Mark Hughes OBE (born 1 November 1963) is a Welsh football coach and former player who was most recently the head coach of Bradford City. During his playing career he usually operated as a forward or midfielder.

He replaces Derek Adams, who left the club 15th-placed in the league table. Hughes has a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Bantams and aims to help them reach the play-offs.
