Jean-Claude Killy (born 30 August 1943) is a French former World Cup alpine ski racer. He dominated the sport in the late 1960s, and was a triple Olympic champion, winning the three alpine events at the 1968 Winter Olympics , becoming the most successful athlete there.

Killy is the only person to have won an Olympic gold medal and been awarded the Olympic Order in Gold. In addition, in 1995 Killy was elected as a member of the International Olympic Committee, and has become a powerful member of the IOC.
